INSAYN

We took the kids out to Hagg Lake to go swimming and to put a few more hours on the boat motor break in time.
We launched out of ramp "C" and went to the left (away from the ski area), and beached the boat in a small cove where the kids could play on their animal shaped floaties. The wife eventually retired back to the boat, while I sat out in water strattling a float lounge. I had the wife hand me my 6' UglyStick that had a bright orange "Rooster Tail" still attached. I figured I would burn off some time practicing my casting, while floating along in the water. Well after my initial cast was followed up with a 10" small mouth, I proceeded to cast and cast with bites on nearly every cast.
I was getting bites at about 10' from me, and then losing them as they crested the waterline, and had to watch out for the "Rooster Tail" as it was spit out and whizzed past me ear. I ended up landing 3 of the bass, and one small yellow lake perch. Kinda fun, and relaxing day on the water.
