Pray For Daughter - Flying to College - Florida

Please pray for my daughter, Julie. She is flying Saturday, August 20, 2005 to Pensacola Christian College in Florida tomorrow. We'll leave Salem around 8:30 AM to take her to PDX.

She attended Golden State Baptist College in California last year, but has decided to go to Pensacola. Pensacola has more of what she needs to become an orchestra teacher. She has a part time job lined up in the A Beka Book order center, so the Lord is good!

Update:

She made it OK to Houston, TX a little bit ago. She leaves Houston in about 1 hour and 20 minutes for Pensacola on another flight.

Yep, I'm one nervous dad. :eek: You would be too. I'll be glad when I get the call that she is at the campus.

It is fun to track the flight on the airline's website though. It gives their flight plan and where they are at.
