Aaron had successful ankle surgery last Thursday and he is at home with Mom and Dad recovering laying on our couch flat on his back with his ankle propped up on pillows. Videos, DVDs, and reading material is the order of the day. Kind of tough in this hot weather. Next Monday he gets the hard cast on for 6-8 weeks, then a soft "boot" cast for who knows how long. His attitude is good despite the fact that he won't be walking the banks of his favorite stream anytime soon. Hopefuuly we will get him in the drifter for some tidewater fall chinook fishing. I just wanted to thank all of you for your positive toughts during this trying time for Aaron. SG
