Favor for a friend

I was wondering if anyone in the Depoe Bay area would be willing to help a friend of mine. Her Mother passed away recently and here wishes were to have her ashes scattered over the waters in Depoe Bay. My friend needs someone to be kind enough to take her out on a boat in Depoe Bay just to put her Mother at rest. If you can help please PM me or email me.
