We are going to be going through the Brownlee Res. area and would like to fish for crappie. Any suggestions in campgrounds for trailers? Any suggestions for areas to fish? We are going to be coming back from Yellowstone, so campgrounds on the Idaho side are OK also.

Woodhead is nice on the Idaho side. No reservations needed.

Not sure if your pulling a boat or not, but if your not try copperfield campground just below oxbow dam. You can fish off of the bridge and do pretty good for crappie. Also right there where pine creek dumps in at the campground can be good as well.

Thanks for the info! No boat, I am pulling a travel trailer. Are there boat rentals on the lake?
I like Woodhead myself, the wife loves Woodhead campground. 12$ a night, plenty of RV spots. Boat rentals at this link.
