I heven't been around much lately and probably will not be much anymore due to my new job. I left my old job about 3 weeks ago to work for a smaller company that is experiencing some rapid growth. It is a berry processing company that also makes pies and retail bags of all kinds of fruit. I am the new operations manager which is quite a big job and has been keeping me busy. My old job was pretty laid back and I had a lot of free time and freedom so I have kind of been wondering what I got myself into.
But today we had a board meeting and they brought lunch in. We prayed before we ate and then one of the owners concluded the business meeting with a short devotional and prayer. It was awesome and was the kind of reasurrance that I needed from God to let me know that I am in the right place. Even though this comany is on a fast track of growth I hope they never change their core values. And I thank God for this opportunity. :angel:
