Propeller question

I just got a 1986 marlin. It has a inboard 4 cylinder mercruiser alphaone. The propeller is pretty banged up and I need to get a new one. I am pretty clueless as to where to go or what kind to get. Is there different kinds? I have seen some that have more than 3 blades are those better? Is there only a certain kind or size I can get? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Sheffield propeller. They are on vancouver way down from Jubitz. They should have that prop in stock.(they used to I had the same boat)
