Help! Where do we find yellow perch and bass?

Hi,
My parents are possibly looking to relocate back in Oregon. Dad is specifically looking for lakefront property with yellow perch and bass fishing. Not really interested in trout/salmon. After living in Oregon for 40 years, they moved to Florida, experiencing hurricanes and bugs. They're ready for some peace. Anyone have any suggestions where to start looking? They're in town for a couple weeks, I don't really know where to start, but would like to narrow it down to Oregon and Washington. Thanks in advance,

Siltcoos lake on the southern Oregon cost has great fishing for the two!

You should have them check out Ten Mile lakes at Lakeside. Lots of bass and perch, plus crappie and several other species of fish. Plus the people in the community are great. Good luck in the pursuit of house hunting. :cheers:

Siltcoos Lake. 7 miles south of Florence it an excellent place to catch perch. It can be a little tough for bass at times. And some time bass fishing can be great!

You will nearly always see people fishing for perch around the trestles.
