View Full Version : Bassin - Thanks for sayin' "Hi"
I was trolling the lower Willamette today when a very nice looking bass boat pulled up by me. He said, "Hi! What's your Ifish moniker?" It's nice to meet fellow ifishers in different fishing modes. Thanks for taking the time to stop!

Wether it's salmonoids, warm water or salt... we're all one big happy family. Thanks for stopping by the warm water page to say thanks.

Back at ya Pete. I have stickers on my Duckworth but not the Ranger. So did you put any silver fish in your box for the day? I found a few more Smallmouth in the inside after I saw you.
Drop shot smallie beavers were the bait of choice.
I didn't touch any silver fish. My roots in the spiny species run deep. I grew up in Maryland, a state with no naturally occuring lakes. Farm ponds and canals provided my early fishing experiences. Bluegill and bucketmouths gave me my early fishing adventures. To this day I'll never forget the 3 pound large mouth that jumped over my canoe on the Potomac!
