Got some wonderful help from a small Korean grocery store and deli here in Eugene form the owner on what kind of flour to use for frying fish.
He did have Panko but not Pride of the West. He had other choices and said if you want to do it the quick and easy way get this.
It's 14.11 oz of tapioca. It's a granule flour made from tapioca.
Tapioca was the only word printed in English.
It cost $1.49. He said to mix it with salt, pepper and garlic seasoning. He also said he uses it for everything including pork chops and other meat.
Used the tapioca flour on some freshly caught pink fin perch that tasted wonderful! Try it!
