Alright so I was asked to do this so heres a step by step picture walk through:
1) Get your 2 materials (the Senko and the Hook); what I am using is a 3/0 OFFSET Gami hook and a 4 inch Char. Senko.

2) Slide the hook through the center of the Top of the Senko (the fatter end is upward).

3) Now that it is hooked, push it up toward the top of the hook (this is why we use offset hooks, to allow that small bit of space to make the rig lay and fall flat). You will also have to put a half twist as you push it up the hook in the Senko seeing as you will rip it otherwise.

4) Now that we have the rig pushed to the top, we will insert that main hook. First off you need to push the senko up to allow a little space for it to slide on the hook like so: http://www.ifish.net/gallery/data/500/medium/6396DSCN0140.JPG
5) Slide the hook through by pulling down on the senko lightly and pushing the hook either partially through (so the tip of the hook is barley shown), all the way through the senko so the barb and tip of the hook lay flat against the senko (less weedless by far), OR rig it so the hook is not even shown out the other side but is right at the point of comming out (this will require a harder hook set).

Hope this helps and sorry if the pics are a bit blurry. If anyone has any trouble I will retake them.
