Tualatin River

My son and I put in at Cooke Park on Saturday and fished downstream from there. Water was only 59 degrees so the fishing was very slow. My son managed one dink on a spinnerbait and that was it for 3 1/2 hours of fishing. Are there any quality bass in this river? It sure has some prime looking bass habitat in it.

lots of bass, some pretty good size too. I've fished from shore round cooke park, both up and down river. I also floated in a canoe
