Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words.

These guys make it look so easy. Hop in a boat, floor it out to the Halibut grounds catch some fish then come home. Easy!
Glenn, Lee, Steve, John and Captain Dennis have done this more than once or twice over the years. How hard can it be?

I just Love Halibut Dinners!

I cut up chunks of Halibut sprinkeled with cajun spice and lemon juice and sea salt. Let it soak up for about 1/2 hour. I then dunked it in whipped eggs and then rolled it in Ritz cracker crumbs. Using hot Peanut Oil I fried the chunks to a tender golden color. WOW! It was amazingly good~
I made potatoes and some greens. Simply wonderful. There is nothing better than FRESH Halibut.

Looking out my new windows a new Doe came for her treat, I set out apples for my deer. The sun was setting on her and it made her body a Golden Color, and those big brown eyes, how cute. Now I have two female deer, maybe just maybe they are hiding a new fawn in the field out back. I'll keep looking. Maybe I'll get some new pictures of them. Heres one that I took about two years ago.

You can see the apple I put there for the new born to smell it. It worked because they keep coming back to me.

Go out and enjoy nature!
