A couple pictures I took this morning, anyone recognize these spots? First one is easier than the second.

Well the fist one almost looks like the Washougal river but im not sure why you would really want to fly fish it so I am probably way off.

I would say that looks like an awful lot like the Upper Trask, maybe the Wilson. And the second maybe the North Fork of the Nehalem? Not sure though...

Nope not the Washougal, Here is a picture looking downriver from the same spot the upper pic was taken.

The road next to it looks to be too small to be the Wilson. Looks like a small backcountry road - Never been on Trask River Rd, so can't really address that, but that bend in the road without a guardrail - must be small, slow road somewhere kinda desolate ---HHMMM... :shrug:
Must be really nice! Tell us (at least me) so we can go too! :grin:
I'm at a loss - Looks to me kinda like a section of Santiam up high off of the Highway...Wait, not enough pine trees - must be lower...

Nope not the Santiam. It is a section of road that is out of the way and not heavily traveled.

Looks a bit like the Upper Kalama.. dunno where the creek is

Rob got it, it is the upper Kalama Just above Pigeon Springs. Second picture of the river is looking downriver towards Pigeon Springs. If you know that area then you have crossed the creek in the other picture.
