Hit the Big D on the way to K Falls this AM. 4 Bows in 2 hrs. #12 Prince nymph was the ticket. No salmon flies seen, lots of caddis - little action on top.
Go get 'em tomorrow! I'll be thinking all ya as I go past WS tomorrow afternoon!

I wish!! I'll be on the river all week next week tho. Maybe those big birds will be flyin' by then.

I heard a report from today that some birds were taking off...I'm not sure where he drifted...water temp was 57, prime hatching time...I can feel it, anyday now.

I predict the weekend after this, since that's when myself and Meskel will be there! Chromaflage you in? Anyone else want to drift the big D on the 4th?

I will already be there. What kind of boat will you guys be in? Meskel knows what mine looks like. :wave:
BTW - stopped at the river again today onmy way back from K-falls. hooked only a couple, but did see some Salmon Flies on the bank and a few in flight. Here they come!!! Next week should be prime! :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance:
