Okay here it is. We harvest our bait inside bay areas.

The affected areas are located on the beaches where we do not harvest.
If we did harvest sand shrimp on the beaches we would be pretty upset.
Nothing to worry about. We will still have sand shrimp for all of you on the coast.
ODFW called us and what was proposed was to close all shellfish harvesting and we told them NO. Do not include sand shrimp in that catagory. So what they did was put a location closeure where you harvest clams and thats at the Ocean Beaches.
