Deschutes Water Flows

Have any of you old timers seen the river this high, this late in May. I would like to fish this weekend but with the water really high, Where would be a good place to go. Has anyone fished South Junction? I hear reports of Maupin where i was on last Saturday or at Mecca and Warm springs. The hatch for stones and salmons was going good last weekend. I have never fished south Junction, What is the water like? And how is the fishing? :shrug:

SJ has some great fishing. If you got the bug, I'd recommend it.

I do SJ a lot. It's great for steelies and nice when no one's around. You have to stick in the area for the day though. Moving can be tough. Except for the Trout Creek area.
