If a boart is rated for a 50hp prop, What size motor with a pump could you use and keep the Coast Guard ppl happy?

Im no expert, but right around 80 or 90 horse pump sounds about right.
My 115 puts about 90 to the water, on a good day!

I'm hoping that a 65hp - 85hp w/pump would work on it, it's 15' SmokerCraft.
