Today was an early 4:30 am start for Cap Dennis and Dave M out of Garibaldi todays Halibut Opener All Depth.

Heading out with no wind and no rain and ocean conditions FLAT on the Big Pond. What an easy trip out.
All limits with in the first 25 minutes out. Captain Dennis being the first to bring one up. All were about the same size 40 pounders. They were using Puget Sound Large Black lable Herring. In about 500 - 780 feet down, at 35 miles out. Other reports were about the same and the largest one caught was 75 pounds.
