I'm looking for information about Lacamas Lake. How to fish, what to use, etc.

lacamas is good until the weather warms up. After that it is overtaken by ski boats and jet ski's. This is a very small lake and can have a 50-60 boats on it and they stay there til dark. After the first of June the only time you'll be able to enjoy yourself out there is very early in the morning til about 10-11 am.

The fish there are just like anywhere else. spinnerbaits, worms, crankbaits if you can get out of the weeds, jigs topwaters, buzzbaits. you name it it all works...

it is a good place to try night fishing also... i have gone very early, like about 3am, it can be a real hoot.

Thanks for the welcome. Ok, intro first. I love to fish. I have fished for salmon and steelhead and lately....well, we all know what that's been like. So, I thought I'd wander down to the lake and try fishing for something else. I just took to fishing about a year ago and can't believe how much I enjoy it. Thanks for all the info.
