Willamette slough

I went out with my pontoon boat today and hit up a slough on the Willamette with high hopes of a few bass. I tried spinner-baits in the brush, Senko's, jigs, rocks, even threw the spare tire from my trunk for a bit! :jester: Nothing! Oh well, it was a nice day! I did see where some sicko's threw a dead dog into the water....minus its head! Why would anyone do that?

The dead dog is enough to wreck your day . I think that they are sick in the head .

Uh, there are two dead dogs where I have been fishing in central Idaho. What is the dealio with people doing this? Is it the latest form of chumming? :mad:
