I keep my boats moored on the Multnomah Channel near the Sauvie Island Bridge. Any of you crappie chasers know where I might find some in this area?

I have had luck anywhere where there is fallen logs, trees in the water, under houseboats, docks or brush. All up and down the channel. The mouth of the Gilbert River has some fish, esp. in the little backwaters. Scappoose Bay along the logs and the mill area has some nice ones.
Small jigs seem to work best and the best color for me has been white with black a close second. The black seems to look like small minnows at this time of year.
Good fishing,

I agree with hawgcatcher, but don't forget the dolphins either. Try to find those that have less currnet running past them.
We I refer to my watercraft, I wish I could use plural like you did. I'll have to settle for one boat for now.
I see this is your first post. Welcome to Ifish.
