Launches below Horn Rapids

Does anyone know of launches and pull outs below Horn Rapids dam? I'd like to launch below and drift down somewhere rather than always fishing above near the park.

I Googled "Horn Rapids" to find where it was, then looked in the DeLorme Atlas & Gazatteer, and found one unimproved launch almost in downtown Richland. But I also found out that there will be a new dam built to replace the old one, and maybe they'll put in some boat launches, while they're at it. WDF&W might be able to make it a requirement, who knows? The map does show some roads that go to the river in many areas below the dam. I'd go exploring. Might find some undeveloped launch or a useable bank, and roll your own. :wave: C&R, Steve
