I need some parts for my EZ-loader trailer. If I remember correctly, there's some place in Portland or Gresham that puts the trailers together, and has all the parts sitting around. Anybody have any idea where they are, or a contact #?
Thanks!
Jason

I don't know what you need but I just got some new lights for my 2004 EZ loader (leaked after 1 year :hoboy:) the company is Champion Trailers. I found them on the internet and ordered over the phone. # 800-229-6690 or web site www.CHAMPION TRAILERS.com They sent me a catalog after I got my new lights and they have every thing a guy would need for a trailer. Tons of replacement parts. Oh yea, no problems with the order at all. Good luck.

Jason-
Depending on what you need, you might was to try Six Robles on Hwy 224. The last time I was there, they carried tons of trailer parts.
Rodaction- I've been wondering if anyone else is having the same issues with their EZ Loader lights as I am. I've got a 2004 EZ Loader with the new LED lights. They have replaced the brake lights no less than three times in less than a year because they keep leaking and frying themselves. They are obviously supposed to be sealed. If you have the problem again, you may want to check with Ez Loader to see if they will cover it under warranty. They are very aware that the lights are having issues.

I actually need some new slider rails that the boat sits on. Mine are made of wood, and bend too easily. Any suggestions for a strong material that won't bend whatsoever, and isn't going to rust after dipping in saltwater? I plan on putting strips of UHMW on top of it.

Here's a pretty good site for trailer parts...

EZ Loader sells parts direct at ezloader.com. They are in Spokane, WA.

Six Robles doesnt have much. They couldnt help me with bunk parts or tongue extension, I called them on Monday. I also called everywhere I could find in the yello pages, nothing!
No help from anyone I called and no suggestions for where I coould go. Unless youre interested in buying a trailer most places I called didnt want to talk to me or offer info.
I need bunk support clamp so I can remove my angled bunks and install flat bunks for my flat bottom dory. So if anyone knows where I can get some let me know!

SlipKnot, just wanted to thank you for the info in your message on tralier LED lights.
I have a 2005 EZ Loader dual axle trailer, 4 months old, used in fresh water. Yesterday my LED lights on one side were very dim. The tail light was not visible, and the trun signals were so dim that I had to really look hard. This is after launching the boat. I probably used the boat 8 times in four months.
I guess I'm calling EZ Loader tomorrow. Was there anyone in particular that you spoke with that knows of this problem? Feel free to PM me with details. Thanks.

I've been dealing directly with the dealer that I bought my boat from. They have been working with the factor rep and I don't know his name.
Replacing the lights has been no problem other than having to take it in multiple times. In fact, I'm going back in tomorrow to get the bottom center light bar replaced. If you go out and look at yours closely, I'll bet they are full of water. The are obviously supposed to be sealed.
They told me that they had problems with the early LED's that came out but that the new ones are fixed. After replacing the main lights two times each, the problem seems to be fixed.
Fortunately, the dealer that I bought from always takes very good care of me. Your dealer or EZ loader should take care of you with no problem.
Keep us posted if it persists.
