Places to look for a used OB? Repowering

I've got a boat rated for 90hp. I currently have a 50hp. Looking to power up to something closer to my max rating. I'm looking for a used outboard with a budget of around $3000. Looking for suggestions on places in OR to look. ( I live in Kent, WA but willing to travel) I've already called Steven's Marine. Would like to have power tilt. Any and all suggestions appreciated. Thanks!

Eastside Eqt and Marine in Issaquah has a completely rebuilt 70 for $2900 I believe. Jim Pangborn is my Evinrude mechanic and does exceptional work.
