Sounds like a good idea, but maybe more people would be into a warmwater fly swap (panfish, bass, CARP)? That could probably touch more bases quarry wise. I'm just thinking that a lot of different nymph-like or bugger-like flies could catch a carp. I'd be in either way.

Now please don't say anything about these to anyone because they are Gizmo Man's favorite pattern and he would get mad if I told everyone about them

I would be down I do not know what I would tie yet but I would be in. Hmm Stew I might be able to pull off a corn Kernel imitation that might be something but I would have to look in some of my books for carp flies and see what I can find but I would be down for a carp fly swap. rp

I figured I would bring this back up and maybe suggest a more general nymph/wet fly swap after the dry fly swap is over. Sound good? any takers?

I'd even be willing to host it this time.

If you include leech/wooly bugger type patterns, I'm in.

Although I tie nymph patterns that catch fish, I'd be embarrassed to exchange one of them :noway:!

Sure thing AndyK. How about anything subsurface goes? After the dry fly swap is over I'll post the sign up for the subsurface fly swap.
