Salmonberry River

Thinking about making a trip up there.

Never fished it. Anyone taken a gander?

With low water - have fish been passing Nehalem Falls?

I am looking for the basics - PM me if appropriate.

Got a buddy that's a guide and knows the river pretty well. He said he was down there a couple weeks ago and it was really, really, low and fishing was incredibly slow. Didn't see hardly any fish. May be improving now that we are heading into mid-March but again, as of a couple weeks ago, it was not good.
