I am not a religious, Church going man, but I do believe in many good things. I also believe that granting fellow Ifisher's request's for prayers and spiritual help should be answered.
So is it OK to post my "well wishes" for people I care about, without saying a 'prayer'?
Many people ask for prayers, but that's not my 'style'. I want to help, spiritually, but I don't do prayer..
This is very awkward for me. I'm always wishing and hoping for the best for all.
Goodwill towards Mankind..... Do unto others.... What comes around goes .....
I know you hear me, but do you understand?
I do not want solicitation or guidance, just an acknowledgement (or judgement) on my possible contributions to this fine bunch of folks on Anglers Chapel. Can I wish the best for you and yours without saying a prayer?
I hope so.
Thanks for listening.

Boatdog, I can't speak for the rest of the viewers of this forum, but I'd be just as happy with your well wishes as I would with a prayer from a brother.
Thanks!

The Anglers Chapel was designed for all people to come together to help one another in whatever way they can... It's a spiritual place. You can be spiritual without being traditional... At least that is my belief.
Besides, Jesus hung out with everyone. It's about love... and to love one another no matter what. I think people need to remember that!
I "do" prayer and believe with all of my heart that Jesus died for my sins, and that I will go to Heaven. However, I am going to care about you, and do my best to support you, no matter what you believe.

You know, sometimes just being thought of, or cared for is more than enough.
Thank you,

I'm not a regular here, my beliefs are certainly out of the "mainstream" of this group, but I think when it comes to "prayer" it's good to diversify - it's all good.
So - think good thoughts, send positive vibrations, whatever ... isn't it all the same?
Anything positive is very much helpful and appreciated!
