Skwala Recipies?

Hey Guys!
I am hoping to hit the Bitteroot later this month. Anybody have any good Skwala recipies for drys and/or nymphs? I would also appreciate any other words of wisdom for fishing this hatch.

Yummy....first major hatch...make sure the temps are right.

-clean, well-oxygenated fast moving h2o
-water temps for hatches is mid to high 40's
