You might talk to the guys up at Auto Electric Specialties down there on McLoughlin in your neighborhood. I haven't talked to them in years, but Adam, Kenny, Bob and Terry are pretty good guys. They should at least be able to steer you in the right direction.
The alternator shouldn't be a big deal, but the distibutor I wouldn't trust to very many people. Recurving distributors is kind of a disappearing art. Not many people have (or want) the equipment to do it.

I have had my carb, distributor and altenator all rebuilt just recently. Philbin Manf. in Portland 503-287-1718 for distributor, Merle's carb. in Portland 503-232-6511 for the carb, and Auto Electric and Battery in Hillsboro 503-648-1575 for the altenator. $90.00 for the dist., $200.00 for the carb., and $146.00 for the alt. They all did an excellent job.

Another vote for Auto Electric Specialties on Mcloughlin (should be close to you) Terry cleared his lot for me to make a commercial troll opener once, then didnt charge me...they are fishers and hunters too...good people, busy, but there is a reason for that! Merles will make the carb better than new...but works kinda funny hours
