North Umpqua winter steelies?

I was thinking about running over to the N. Umpqua fly only section to do some fishing for winter steelies. Does anyone know if the fishing has been good over there? Also, any specific sections to hit, or flies/techniques to use? I've fished that section a couple times for summers, but never for winters. Thanks for any information.
