I made an inexpensive horizontal rod holder and mounted it to my garage ceiling. Works awesome! I wanted everthing out of reach from kids and dogs, plus I don't have to listen to the wife complain. :argue: Total cost was maybe $12.00 and took about an hour to complete.

Good luck.

15' wow, I know why you want it on the wall. Rotate it 90 degrees, mount it on your wall with the rack installed vertically.

whackem..

I built one that turned out very nice - wasn't to difficult. If I can remember i'll take a picture when I get home tonight.... also works for storing reels and other things you dont feel like putting away..... I believe it holds 18 rods... uses 3 sets of those berkley holders.

Whackem-

Heres the picture of the one I built. the side against the wall is flat the others are angled to complete the half circlc. the bottom rests on a support which is screwed into the wall and has two leggs in front. the top simply is secured on a support which is screwed into the wall.

Used those berkley rod holders also. http://www.ifish.net/gallery/data/505/930rodrack.jpg

Here is a simple design and can be mounted on the ceiling or a wall. My brother in law made a verticle one by useing a board drilled with holes for the rod but and then used wood close pins screwed to the wall to hold the tips. I don't have a picture he lives in Idaho.
