Where is the best place near portland to catch Carp?

The Willamette is great for carp!!!! Try around Mary S Young park or George Rogers park (where Lake Oswego dumps into the willamette) Use worms or bread on a treble hook on the bottom and hang on. I caught one around 18lbs at George Rogers a couple of years ago. Also try Smith and Bybee lakes off of marine drive, they are full of carp.
