Fished hard at Lacamas Lake today, managed to catch a few largemount bass. The water was 71'in most of the lake. I used the new ramp on the west side of the lake near the Moose Lodge,what a zoo! I waited and I waited for the neo-boaters that might launch the boat once or twice a year. Holy cow they took forever and forever. I forgot that sunny days bring out the jet skies and the water skiers, the entire lake was a mud hole. Ya gotta go early mornings or forget it, they just tear the lake up. I saw so many milfoil chunks every where and many bluegil nests. They are so neat, little tan spots on the gravel. Remember, if you go to Lacamas, go early!
