Hello fellow bass fishermen. I've been reading the postings for a while now and thought it was about time to jump aboard. I've been bass fishing for the past 30 years, and I just can't get enough. I have a bass boat and would like to hook up with some fellow bass fanatics.

Hi there and welcome. So what days do you usually go fishing and what areas? I am trying to learn bass fishing myself. I have done alot more trout than bass but I think I am learning quickly. I love fishing on the Johnday and the Snake River, but I live in Portland so I am trying to learn the areas near here. It is great how much good bass fishing that there is all around Oregon. Maybe some time we can go bass fishing. Have fun.

I usually fish Monday thru Wednesday. I just moved back to Vancouver from Idaho. I know the Columbia and Snake rivers pretty well. I would like to fish some of the Oregon bass lakes and Washington's Silver lake. Since I fish in the middle of the week I usually fish alone. I'm looking foreward to finding some buddies to fish with.

Wow! Thanks for the warm welcome. This is one nice site. Receiving more plastics today from E-bay, and getting the fishing bug real bad. This is going to be a good year!

Thanks

I wouldn't mind joining you on some of your fishing trips but right now I usually have Thurs,Fri, and Sat. off. I really do have Wed off but I leave work Wed morning at 8am. I work the night shift, so Wed morning I usually am pretty tired, but come April I will be switching shift to the back ends where I will have Sun,Mon,Tue, and go back to work Wed night. So maybe we can hook up some time and go fishing. I usually buy a Wash. fishing lis. too.

Just let me know as soon as you start working the back-end of the week. I too work back-end days (c-shift) at a Fab in Camas WA. I would be great to have a fishing partner with the same work schedule.

I will take it that you are working at Wafer Tech. I work for Applied Materials here at the Intel Ronler Acres site. I am on shift 4 here at the moment but you know how things can change. I should be going to back ends(shift 6) at the beginning of April like I said before. I will look forward to it.

That's correct! I used to work for Lam Research, before going to work for Wafertech. It's nice not to travel. No matter what happens with your shift we will get together and nail 'em. I've had days on the Columbia where I've caught 50 to 60 smallies.

Wow, retired! Does that mean that you can fish any day? Living in Milwaukee, I'd assume that you know the Williamette well. That is one I haven't fished yet and would like to. I look forward to meeting you.
