http://www.ifish.net/gallery/data/500/medium/7258Bandit_3.JPG At "Silver Lake Motel & Resort" every bass that comes in gets its photo taken and information on what lure the bass was caught on. This information goes back over 10 years! I use to guide out of that resort and I would look through the data all the time. Out of all the fish that have come in to the resort in the last 10 years about 40% were landed using the BANDIT CRANK BAIT (100 series = bill size). If you ever fish silver you should have one tied on your line.
The best colors #1 blue splatter back chart. sides :smash:
#2 Tenn. shad
#3 Fire tiger
Silver gets down right murky in the summer and thats the time to toss the blue back!
Hint: Bang em into the rocks or run them down the length of a log and hang on!! This is the second best lure I have ever used. Roger

I agree, the 100 series (and the "Footloose " with its surface-bulging properties) are good CBs.
But you've begged the question; what is you're numero uno ?

no problemo
My best is ta-DAH...Jack's Worm (http://www.riversmallies.com/images/jacksworm_review.jpg) in watermelon/red flake. They're four inches long. With all due respect Roger, these kick a Senko's fat butt. You can't hold one between your fingers without the tail twitching.
If anyone's interested, the inventor who's in Virginia, will send a free 3-pack in your SASE. PM me for the address. Round up the usual disclaimers.
Charlie also has a trout worm that's 1.25 inches; it's incredibly nymph-like.

Thanks for the link BuKu. I just placed an order for some of the Jacks worm.
It should make a great dropshot bait also.

I found these worms thorough River Smallies just like I found all Case palstics thourgh River Smallies. Great soft plastic baits. Also I obtained some whacky worms I got through a guy again on River Smallies. Been catching fish with great success on all of these.
It's a good fourm. although the users all fish rivers and streams back east, They are able to benefit from many of the baits we here in the west use. Just as we are able to benefit from baits made in their areas. A Bass is A Bass is A Bass. :smirk:
