You are headed in the right direction! Silver lake is just 20 miles farther north and Bass will be landed this weekend at Silver lake. The crappie could be hitting also. Fish off the resort dock AT NIGHT (under the lights)(talk to the resort owners first). yes it's a bit early but with the temps we have been getting Now is a good time to hit shallow lakes like silver. The perch could be under the docks also. Roger :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay:

Lackamas Lake is fairly shallow and warms at it's west end early. Might consider giving it a try in about 4 weeks. I'ts closer.

Silver Lake is 6.2 miles east of I-5 at exit # 49 (thats 49 miles north of Portland). If you are going to fish silver Waldon, Timber point, far west Pilings and the grave yard hole. The northWest part of the lake is a good place to try also. Roger

Talked to a friend today who has been up to Silver lake recently and he caught a Bass. It was small but a bass. He's going up there there again this weekend. Guess it's time to get serious.
