(deleted) your seld, drift boat, or boat ? Have you watched on T.V., the show "(delete) My Ride" ?(A show where they take somebodys car, without them knowing, and fix it all up for them, engine, wheels, stereo DVD, paint, interior, ect.) Well, a fellow Ifisher and myself were talking about how cool it would be if they had a T.V. program "(deleted) My Sled"

You come home one day and your boat is gone ! And a few days later you get it back and its all fixed up with all kinds of new things. It could even be a newer boat, but the T.V. people put all of the extra stuff on it for free !

So here is the question, If your boat got to have a bunch of stuff done to It, or added to it, what would you like to have ? The sky is the limit, fishin stuff, best of electronics, navigation, paint/grafics, interior, top, different engine, pump, prop, what ever you could think of to max out your boat. It would not cost you a dime !

So discribe what your "(deleted out" boat would be like and have on it. Who can max their boat out the best ? Just dream it up...Its free !!

My Northriver would get heaters, auto pilot, solid color paint, down riggers, GPS/plotter...Oh yea, a small flip down plasma T.V....I could watch NASCAR on Sundays

(Sorry, it may be OK on TV, but not on ifish. It's just that darn Jennie, again. :hoboy:)

THAT'S what I'm talkin' about !! I was sitting in Swampy in the garage the other day , pondering things,(any of you guys do that) You see, she's ten years old now and though she can still "hunt" she is starting to show her age ...chipped zolotone ( time for a complete paint job?) soft spot in the floor( fix just the one piece or whole new floor?) depth finder but no speed or temp (new Lowrance with the works?) two small rips in the engine cover (will it look stupid if I just recover it or do I reupholster the whole thing?) Down riggers would be cool to get deeper, trolling chair mounted on the dog house, some cool place to mount stand up rod holders ...etc etc etc ...Yep, I'd sign up for "(Potty mouth) my sled" program !! :applause:

My best freind has a 15inch LCD monitor for his 21ft Commander. He has a Satelite Attenna ontop of the Wakeboarding tower. However I think the big block needs to be running in order to power on the TV.

If anyone is interested in a 2003 21 Ft Commander with a Chevy Marine Power V8, Yamaha T8 w/ trim Kicker. All electronics. My best freind might put it up for sale. The boat has under 100 hours. The Boat is fully loaded, cup holders, locked storage, etc. It just doesnt get used enough. Shoot me a PM, and ill talk to myf reind.

Could have changed it to "Primp" my sled and you would not have lost any of the meaning.

It's just the name of a tv show.

It was (pottymouth) but it got edited. I did not think that word was to bad. I was wrong. I'm sorry if the "other" word offended anybody, Ken

WRO - You may be right. This web site is not the river bank or a fishing boat, however. Take a look at this section from the Acceptable Use Policy:

"A wide variety of people read the Ifish bulletin board, including elementary school children. Many of us use salty language while we are out fishing, but on ifish we don't know everyone we're speaking with. Be creative enough to get your point across without being offensive."

I, personally, have no problem with the word that was deleted, used in the context of the MTV show. Some parents might not appreciate this addition to their elementary schooler's vocabulary.

The bottom line is that it is not open to discussion.
