Winter Steelhead Fishing

We need rain to push in the Steelhead. Will it come?

I've been hearing some better reports lately.

Guys fishing for Winter Steelhead are picking up

a few of them on the North Fork Nehalem. I heard 9

SH were caught in a single day last week.

The Wilson is still very slow. Working hard at it

all day lost two and landed two.

Now on the other hand the Trask is producing fish along with

Nestucca River. Most guys are using jigs with a shrimp

tail. And don't forget your Shrimp/Anise Scent.
