Do you get much condensation in the motor box with alum. boats? Opened mine up today and was surpised at all the water dripping off the motor. Never had it this bad in my fiberglass boat. Layed several towels over the engine to try and collect moisture.

I used to get some condensation but now I just leave the dog house up you could put a small fan in the bilg to keep air flow in and out of the vents

I've not had that problem but mine is in the garage. After I've been running it I'll prop the cover up a bit for some circulation . Best they not "be put away wet" you know.

Was never put away wet. This is from the rain and water getting into the boat then going into the bilge. It then condenses all over the motor. Covered but not tight enough to keep water running off so pools and then pushes cover down. Going to fish this weekend so will dry it out.
