Went back to church today - for the first time in a long time. Bagged out at the last minute on a scheduled steelhead slaughter to do so. For the first time in a long time (maybe ever) I felt like I "got it". Having made the decision to turn my will and my life over to the care of God over the last several months I really felt like I belonged in that building. I am grateful to have the Lord in my life and very thankful for all the prayers on my behalf here and elsewhere. I might have scoffed at "born again" somewhere in the past - but the spiritual awakening happening in my life feels just like that.
"God, Thank you for everything you have given me in this life, Thank you also for all that you have taken away, and most of all Thank you for every thing I have left. Thy will be done. Amen"

I still remember the first time I went to church after my Spiritual awakening, sure was a whole different experience. Before I couldn't wait to get out of there, then I didn't want to leave. Awesome , thanks for sharing !! :dance: :dance:
