Sent you one; didn't get yours. Here's the Luhr Jensen pdf for the Klawdad; http://www.luhrjensen.com/techreports/557%20Klawdad.pdf
It has some interesting differences from the Rebel Crawfish.

There are a couple different crankbaits I like
for shallow water and largemouth I like Poes Rc-1 and RC-3 crankbaits and For the Columbia i like luhr Jensens hot lips..
I tend to like crankbaits with a tight wiggle instead of a wide wobble

Rob: One of the modifications that I do to the 3/8 ounce Klawdad is to clip off the forward facing hook of the front treble just aft of the barb and secure a #5 split-shot on the remaining portion. This is just enuf weight to allow the Klawdad to slowly settle to the bottom. Then by gently squeezing the rod handle, I cause the lure to "bob" in place. It's an effective presentation when sight fishing.

The Klawdad is a good bait. Many a bass and crappie I have caught using these. :yay: I am going to have to try that modification you described.
