Gift for bassin friend

Maybe you folks can help me out. I'm getting together with a real good friend and his wife for a social evening between now and Christmas. Steve is a serious bass fisherman and I know little about this fishery. We decided to exchange token gifts($5 limit) I don't want to buy him some lure off the wall that he would never use. Any ideas what I could get him for $5 that would be useful to him. If you're a serious bass fisherman with only 5 bucks to spend what would you buy? I will be grateful for any input. Thanx B.M.

Four or six inch Senko's. Watermellon with red flake. Or maybe a Rat-L-Trap lipless crankbait, fire tiger, if you can find one on sale.

Well, I finally bought one for myself. And that would be either a "Coors or Bud Lure". They have them at Fishermans Marine and are kind of a novelty item. They look like a beer can with a lip! Tight Lines
