This was maybe the last time I will take the boat out on the Willamette this year...unless of coarse I feel the need for speed and solitude. Lightline, myself and another friend went out and braved the cold fog and flat water to come up with seven smallies. They weren't huge by any means, and the bite was suttle at best but they ran from keeper size to almost three pounds. We missed a few too, but all in all was nice to catch em in December.....Merry Christmas to us!

wannabe I thought you were going to keep fishing untill the rootwads and trees were going down the river. It was a refreshing to very cold day sunday and the fish wasn't biting on every cast but it still beat setting at home. I for one appreciate the ride. tight lines.

Hey guy's, for december I would call that a good day. I have never tried bassin this time of year. Not because I didnt think it possible to catch some fish. Its just the slime still runs threw my veins. Those silver carp are a lot of fun. You guy's got me thinking bass again. Thanks!

See you at the jamboree sat.
