My dad decided on a jon boat and are now looking at getting a motor. We are looking for a fourty horse that is converted to a jet or a fourty prop that he can convert. Where is the best place to get a new or used jet lower unit. He wants something that is good quality but doesn't want a motor that costs three times the boat. Thanks

I just saw a 40 and a 50 horse merc pump on ebay. not sure if it's still on there or not, I think I saw it on friday
