Been having trouble figuring out what the bass are doing during the Fall transition on Hagg Lake. I guess it turns out that the bass one catches are simply fewer and farther between. The ones you do get though are very nice. Took a 7 pound 1 ounce largemouth on the weekend while fishing with the OBPC on their annual perch jerk. If I knew how, I would post its picture, taken with digital camera. It was a beauty

I'd guess with a handle like Bucketmouth you'd have to catch a wopper like that!
What'd you do? Change the way you hold your mouth or put something on the bottom of your boat?
Nice fish!
