Slow and Low

I fished the NF Nehalem the day after XMAS. Unfortunately I had my two hander. Hooked one. The river is low and I saw several fish on the bank for the gearheads.
Next day fished the Wilson, fished very long and hard. No fish on the bank and lots of guys fishing.
Same day headed to the Trak and had it to myself. Raked the bottom of every run. No luck. Saw half a dozen Nooks still swimming around.
I have never seen these rivers so low and clear this time of year. Nice to be out but the fishing stunk!
