central Oregon reports

Well I am off all week and feel like heading east for a little trout or steelhead fishing. Last reports I have seen were several weeks ago and not very good. Anybody have any recent experience they wish to share for the Crooked, Lower/upper Deschutes, Metolius or elsewhere?
