If you are looking for quantity, try the snake river over at oxbow. Nice place to camp, might be a little warm this time of year though. Don't think you'll find much in terms of size until later in the fall.

Oregon Idaho border. There is some good crappie fishing in Scappoose Bay also.

Brownlee Res. might be a good choice.

To get to the snake, take 84 to baker, then 86 to the snake. You can't miss it.

Something Close:
Henry Hagg Lk. but, they're hard to find.
Vernonia Pond, close and easy access.
And, right by the boat ramp on Muldrum Bar or in Clackamet Lake.
Enjoy!

Don't forget about Prinville Reservoir. A guy I work with caught 50 one afternoon in June. I don't know how the fishing is now.

Sauvie Island and the Willamate near Ross Island bridge are at best. Use grub and 1/16 ounce jig head sold at G.I Joes. Crappie jigs work too. those sold in a bag of 3.
good lucks and happy fishing...

The willamette south of Oregon City along Hwy. 99E about five miles. Big pull off on right where road starts up hill. Cross the tracks and down to the back water sloughs at what is called Rock Island. Lots of crappie, bass and bluegill with an occasional carp that will pull your float all over the water.
If you go during week, it is usually quiet. Weekends have more people. Nice thing is, not many boats or jet skis go in there, except those fishing.
You might call Fisherman's Marine in Oregon City and ask for Tim Rooney. He is an old time warmwater fisherman and bass tournament fisherman that grew up there. He knows what is happening.

Doormans pond Glenn Wood. Take highway 6 to Tillamook untill the juntion of highway 8.
I have pulled crappies out there the size of dinner plates.
