How do you frame a quote and respond?

How do you frame a quote and respond?


1) Click on the reply box of the post you want to respond to
2) Highlight and copy the words from the post you want to quote. You will find the original post that you replied to at the bottom of your reply screen.
3) Click on the word quote in the box labeled "Instant UBB Code" just below the reply box you are keyboarding in. You will see "(quote) (/quote)" appear in your reply.
4) Paste the words that you copied between the first and second word "(quote)"
5) When you click on the "continue" button, you will see your qoute work in the preview post frame.

ps: I had to change the left and right "box ends"[] to left and right parenthesis() in the instructions to keep the quote box from showing up.

Or, on the post you want to quote and reply to, click 'Quote' next to the Reply icon (like I just did with yours). :cheers:
